Procedure for Lodging a Complaint

Any person may lodge a complaint against any constitutional appointee with the Chairman of the Constitutional Appointments Authority.

(A) complaint must be clearly based on one or more grounds referred to in the Constitution thus basically on the inability to  perform the functions of the office whether arising from infirmity of body or mind or for misbehavior.

And

(b) lodged with a supporting affidavit or affirmed statement, specifying the nature of the complaint and the facts on which the complaint is based.

The complaint will be acknowledged, investigated and assessed and the complainant will be informed of the outcome within 28 days of the receipt of the complaint.
