Applications are invited from Seychellois citizens, residing in Seychelles who are qualified, and experienced in their respective field but preferably with a legal background,for appointment as Member of the Advisory Committee on the Power of Pardon under Article 61 of the Constitution of the Republic of Seychelles.
A person qualified to be appointed as Member of the Advisory Committeeshouldbe of recognized good standing, high moral character, have the aptitude to provide the advice envisaged under Article 60 of the Constitutionof Seychelles and capable of performing his/her functions, impartially and in compliance with the highest ethical standards.
The position is for a term of seven years.
The salary and allowance of the Member shall be such as may be prescribed.
